Synchro Canada announces 2013 annual award winners

Ottawa, November 4, 2013 – Synchro Canada is pleased to name its 2013 annual
award winners which were announced at its Annual Convention, November 1-3,
in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The recipients were elected based on nominations put forth by Synchro Canada members. The final selections were made by Synchro Canada’s Awards Committee.

The President Honor Roll Award: Chris Hampshire of Calgary, AB.
(This award recognizes an individual who has made a significant contribution
to the activities and initiatives of the Association.) Chris Hampshire is a also a
past member of the LPSS Board of Governors and continues to be an active
member in our facility.

Also from Calgary, AB receiving awards were:

Administrator of the Year Award: Carolyn Murphy (Calgary, AB)
(This award recognizes a member of Synchro Canada who has made a significant
contribution to synchronized swimming in an administrative role.)

10 years as a national official

Sandy Holmquist (Calgary, AB)

15 years as a national official
ALBERTA
Evelyn (Ev) Keddie (Calgary, AB)
