Customer Survey Feedback


Thank you to everyone who took part in our 2012 Customer Survey. We kept the questions the same as in 2011 to better compare what you are truly digging about us and areas where we need to dig a little deeper.

We don’t take this lightly and appreciate your valuable comments, concerns and kudos. While we definitely continued to service more customers in 2012, that also attributed to a substantial increase in the number of respondents completing the survey by 76% compared to 2011. With this increase we are still pleased to report our Overall Satisfaction remained at 83% and you are 84% Likely to Recommend us! Let’s take a look further at some of the highlights and areas that will continue to be a focus.
